Job Description
At DB Schenker, you have the opportunity to be part of a global logistics network that values diversity and individual contributions. As a P&O Operations Specialist I, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting data gathering and maintenance of various reports.
- Actively participating in PO programs and recommending process improvements.
- Engaging stakeholders and responding to tickets within the required SLA.
- Participating in center activities and other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in HR data handling and reporting.
- 0-1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits or other HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Applications with knowledge in Macros as an advantage.
Project-Based role with a Morning shift at BGC Corporate Center Taguig, Monday to Friday (Hybrid).
