Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead, Service Desk. As the leader of the service desk team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Experience in IT service management and a proven track record in leading a service desk team are a plus.
