Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled On-call Service Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our E-Commerce team focused on the US market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online retail trends and customer service best practices.
Responsibilities include providing expert guidance on E-Commerce operations, optimizing customer experience, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall E-Commerce strategy.
