Job Description
As the HR OD Client Partner Officer II, you will play a crucial role in managing the organization’s human resources and organizational development functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to create and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and performance.
Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, implementing training programs, and providing feedback to improve organizational effectiveness. You will also collaborate with HR business partners to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and organizational development is required for this role.
