Job Description
1. Manage a large amount of incoming and outgoing calls and chats from various channels such as phone, email, messaging apps, and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs accurately and efficiently to achieve high satisfaction and seize opportunities to upsell products.
3. Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
4. Meet customer service team sales targets or call and chat quotas (both qualitative and quantitative).
5. Handle customers’ orders, questions, and complaints, providing timely solutions or alternatives. Follow up with the backend team to ensure resolution and provide customers with the correct resolution.
6. Keep records of customer interactions and recommend potential products or services to management by collecting and analyzing customer needs.
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies:
- Greetings
- Issue Definition/product presentation (sell or upsell)
- Empathy (If Required)
- Educate/Resolution
- Recap
- Closing
8. Perform other tasks related to the position or as requested by the department head.
