Job Description
Overall Function
The candidate will support business teams in service management by creating, setting up, and maintaining SM documentation, reporting, service meetings, and aligning demand. Interaction with global partners requires strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global partners to establish SM documentation & reporting.
- Apply frameworks effectively, report progress, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare service management reports on volumes, KPIs, and value for stakeholders.
- Organize service review meetings, follow up on actions, and work on improvements.
- Ensure supply & demand alignment by creating and reviewing the yearly plan.
- Support the service owner in strategic service reviews and SLA reporting.
