Job Description
1. Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives;
2. Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales employees;
3. Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement;
4. Designing training plans within time and budget constraints;
5. Producing physical and digital education material;
6. Coordinate individual and team performance to review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses;
7. Monitor sales objectives and results;
8. Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results and performance data of trainees after session;
9. Coordinate with sales managers;
10. Monitor impact of training, maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs;
11. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications;
12. Do other tasks related to the position or as requested by the department head.
