Job Description
Prima Fintech Philippines Lending Corporation is currently looking for an HR Recruitment Officer to join our team.
Salary: Competitive depending on your experience and relativity to the position and industry
Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm
Duties:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process; from job posting, screening candidates, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling of interviews to onboarding.
- Continually source and maintain pools of qualified candidates reducing time to fill.
- Stakeholder management (ManCom), operate as a business partner, and provide advisory on the end-to-end hiring process and mentor hiring managers on behavioral and capability-based interviewing techniques and guidelines.
- Fulfill recruitment administrative functions including developing ad hoc reporting, systems maintenance, managing job postings.
- Conduct background investigation for Specialist up to Manager level.
- Perform documentation and regular update of applicant’s database.
- Applicant disposition updating.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or at least college degree graduate.
- 1 year of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, and customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
