Job Description
Develop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews working with global QA initiatives and processes.
- Perform adhoc analysis and participate in various process improvement efforts as needed.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client deliverables and business decisions.
- Maintain QA documentation.
- Provide regular reporting such as QA Status report.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in conducting QA for ticketing support related projects involving SLOs and process improvements.
- Knowledge of RCA techniques and attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.
