Job Description
We are looking for a Management Trainee who is a Graduate of BS Early Child Education Course or Managerial Course. The ideal candidate should possess a Motherly instinct and genuine love for children, be a Fast Learner, proficient with computers, capable of working with minimal supervision, and a problem solver. They should have the ability to manage 30 staff, hire new staff, and be reliable.
The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month training in Jollyland Magnolia and Jollyland Metroeast before being permanently stationed in Victory Mall Sta Rosa. This is a Full-time position with a monthly pay ranging from Php25,00.00 to Php30,00.00.
Benefits include opportunities for promotion, paid training, and promotion to a permanent employee. The schedule entails an 8-hour shift with supplemental pay types like 13th month salary, overtime pay, and performance bonus.
