Job Description
As a Trust and Safety Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure online environment for our users. You will monitor and review user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and investigate reports of inappropriate behavior.
Your role will involve analyzing and evaluating content to identify potential risks, responding to user inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with other teams to address issues promptly.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong sense of ethics are essential for this role. Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
