Job Description

Location: Santa Rosa Laguna
Position Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Advanced Energy Manufacturing sites. Ensures hiring is done in the shortest time possible and complies with compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing strategies to selecting the best candidate.
- Conduct assessments/testing for candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and provide recommendations.
- Create and post job ads on various platforms.
- Develop linkages with schools, agencies, and other sources for applicant database building.
- Participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB/BS in Psychology or Human Resources.
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Experience in mass hiring is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
