Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Reporting Specialist to join our team at James Hardie. As a People Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to employee performance, engagement, and other HR metrics. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping our talent management strategies and driving key business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that visualize HR data and metrics
- Analyze workforce trends and identify areas for improvement
- Provide reports and data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by monitoring data entry and performing regular audits
To excel in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools. Previous experience in HR analytics or reporting is highly preferred.
