Job Description
1. Greet and welcome patients and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
2. Answering phones and all inquiries on social media in a professional manner.
3. Schedule appointments and assist patients in filling out necessary forms.
4. Can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Collect co-payments and fees and issue receipts.
6. Maintain patient records and ensure their confidentiality.
7. Accurately enter patient information, medical history, and billing details into the clinic’s database.
8. Must be fluent in written and spoken English (Speaking Mandarin is an advantage and will receive a high offer).
9. Gather feedback and suggestions from patients and doctors.
10. Proficient in using MS Microsoft Word and Excel.
