Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory roles or specialized in sales.
- Experience in handling skincare and/or beauty products is required.
Duties:
- Supervise sales and store operations.
- Manage store properties.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies within the store.
- Lead and support store personnel in all tasks.
- Develop plans to achieve objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure excellent customer service by all store personnel.
- Monitor accurate inventory procedures.
