Job Description
- Receive, store, and distribute merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all % Arabica supplies and equipment are handled with care and stored appropriately.
- Meet productivity targets and maintain smooth warehouse processes.
- Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, packaging, goods return, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement procedures and workflows for inventory management.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. Coordinate logistics activities and liaise with freight forwarders.
- Plan and execute strategies for product delivery and space utilization.
- Enforce SOPs and work instructions for subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and coaching to warehouse staff. Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Compile daily reports and statistics.
- Monitor transportation KPIs and implement action plans for improvement.
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Process Daily Time Record (DTR) for employees that are assigned at Warehouse.
