Job Description
1. Call, send email, or text messages to clients to remind them of their due date and explain the importance of paying premiums on time.
– Meet the target for call outs or premium collection.
2. Report serious concerns/complaints of policyholders to immediate superior and recommend solutions to resolve the concern.
3. Encourage policyholders to reinstate their lapsed policies.
4. Assist customer requests through telephone and email. Analyze requests, investigate, and coordinate with other departments.
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Persuasive and Persistent
- Has a positive disposition
- Background in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Attentive and keen to details
- Above-average communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Can deal with people at all levels
- Patient and diplomatic
- MS Office proficient
- Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
