Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Required skills include sourcing, competency-based interviewing, contract negotiation, vendor management, candidate management, account management, and corporate recruitment. Preferably 1-4 years experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
