- Meets individual and team KPI (Key performance indicators) goals.
- Create shipments in the system and ensure efficient handling of shipments.
- Update shipping information and upload shipping documents.
- To ensure smooth preparation of shipping documents like House Bill, Master Bill, and Arrival Notice.
- Communicate with internal/external partners, brokers, and stakeholders.
- To ensure proper closing of jobs within the deadline.
- To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements.
- To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives.
- To do administrative, ad hoc, and any tasks that are needed to accomplish the team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Must be a graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
- Fresh Graduates are accepted.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and pay close attention to detail.
- Team player, capable of succeeding in both team and solo settings.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
- Good coordination skills and task-oriented.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating flexibility.
- Proper stakeholder management.
