Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- At least two years in Law school.
- At least two years of related work experience.
- Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.
- Good research and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare legal documents.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares legal documents and pleadings (e.g. Affidavits, Contracts, Agreements, etc.)
- Facilitates filing of cases before court.
- Reviews and gives legal opinion on HR-related Contracts and Agreements.
- Ensures company compliance with labor standards and laws.
- Prepares and submits all documents before the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) as labor compliance for routine inspection.
- Makes legal appearances, represents, and settles labor issues and complaints.
- Ensures Labor cases and issues are settled in accordance with labor laws.
- Maintains and files Labor/ HR related documents and contracts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
