Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligning with company goals.
- Optimize acquisition channels to maximize ROI.
- Analyze customer journey for enhancements.
- Implement retention strategies.
- Develop marketing strategies for new features.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in growth or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Creativity and openness to innovative strategies.
Additional Notes:
- Work with India’s leading bus transport technology company.
- Local travel required for business growth.
- Professional Driver’s License and own car required.
