Job Description
1. Manage up-to-date clinic income records by sending and receiving bank checks and documenting all relevant transactions.
2. Assist in the development and enforcement of stringent credit policies; routinely calls patients who have been extended credit and have not settled debts.
3. Accomplish and file insurance forms for payment as requested.
4. Creates daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data.
5. Segregates, sorts, photocopies PHIC attachments (hemodialysis notes).
6. Prepares a statement of accounts for HD patients.
7. Orient patients on PHIC benefits for HD use.
8. Responsible for assessing PHIC documents of patients.
9. Responsible for preparing financial reports with the Clinic Manager.
10. Responsible for validating recommendation letters of politicians/NGOs and others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay

- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
