Job Description
Our company is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager who has experience working in the FMCG or meat industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and operations of the store. This includes inventory management, conducting weekly audits, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Send proposals to the target market and convert them into sales.
- Initiate marketing activities such as local store marketing to increase sales.
- Report to the General Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
To be successful, the candidate must:
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have prior experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to create effective marketing proposals.
- Have their own motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
