Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Sales Department.
- Tasked with increasing sales revenue of the company.
- Conduct presentations and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Propose and review new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Preferably with experience in a MANPOWER AGENCY or SERVICE CONTRACTOR
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Experience in setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
