Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, and messages to address customer issues promptly and professionally. The Consultant will also collaborate with other departments to find solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
