Job Description
The CI/Collector conducts credit investigations and ensures timely collections from clients. Responsibilities include assessing creditworthiness, conducting fieldwork, and managing overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Investigation (CI):
- Thoroughly investigate potential clients’ credit.
- Verify client information through field visits and background checks.
- Assess creditworthiness and prepare detailed reports.
- Collections:
- Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and visits.
- Negotiate payment plans with delinquent clients.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with management.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate, K to 12 Compliant, or High school/Vocational Graduate.
- Must have a Driver’s License and be willing to do fieldwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,606.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
