Job Description
We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team at Sphere Rocket VA. As an Appointment Setter, your responsibilities will include:
- Schedule appointments
- Pre-book appointments
- Checking of availability
- Reschedule canceled appointments
- Follow up on clients’ appointments through phone call
- Answering phone calls
Experience and Proficiency:
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Appointment setting experience in corporate set-up or as a VA (IMPORTANT)
- Experience in Healthcare is a huge plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
