Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a BPO Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of BPO professionals to ensure the smooth operations of our call center.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of BPO agents to achieve performance targets and quality standards
- Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team members’ skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure effective resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Proficient in using call center software and tools
