Job Description

We are seeking a Native German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to work from home. As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Lepro, you will be the main point of contact for all inquiries and issues related to our company’s lighting products.

Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues or complaints
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer records in an organized manner
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for handling customer inquiries and requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Having a personal computer and fundamental computer skills are required
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Understanding of basic lighting knowledge is preferred
  • Degree holder
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Native German Speaker & Fluent in English
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be available to work in German time zone (Central Europe Time)

Working Time

9:00-18:00 German time zone, one-hour break, Monday to Friday

Rate

US$8 – US$9 per hour
