Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quotes Team Leader to join our Customer Service department. As the Quotes Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives who handle customer inquiries and provide quotes for products and services.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring team members, monitoring quote accuracy and response times, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. If you have prior experience in a customer service leadership role, excel at motivating and coaching team members, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
