Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively contacts customers for maintenance appointments and service recommendations.
- Promotes service activities through marketing calls, text, and email.
- Schedules service appointments and maintains customer confidentiality.
- Updates customer information and conducts follow-up calls post-service.
- Addresses customer concerns and coordinates resolutions.
- Manages customer amenities and performs other assigned duties.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Good knowledge of office procedures and communication skills.
- Pleasing personality and proficiency in MS Office.
