Job Description
- Graduate of Human Resources, Bs Psychology or related
- With 2 years working experience as HR
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails
- Maintain records of attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation and hiring
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training for new employees
- Ensure effective communication with employees for query resolution
