Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to the restaurant’s standards
- Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure high-standard food preparation and timely presentation
- Manage stock levels and order supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years’ exp. in a Chinese kitchen
- Experience managing a kitchen section
- Passion for food with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
