Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for stock picking and issuance of RM & PM.
- Ensure compliance with FEFO rule during issuance.
- Monitor raw and packaging materials in SAP against actual stocks.
- Lead daily & weekly cycle counting and reconcile stocks with production.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of production’s daily material requirement.
- Handle transfer posting of stocks in SAP from warehouse to production.
- Prepare delivery notes for material transfers.
- Monitor GWP in warehouses.
- Plan & schedule stock pickups and monitor material expirations.
- Coordinate with Contracting Party, suppliers, truckers, and dealers on logistics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in college education.
- At least 1 year experience as a Warehouse Controller, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Computer literate with Inventory Management knowledge.
- Proficient in Basic Math with good communication skills.
