Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Support business needs through human capital development
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies
- Oversee performance appraisal system
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs and monitor programs
- Report HR metrics to management
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Experience with HR metrics and systems
- Leadership skills and ability to architect strategy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage relationships across the company
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
