Job Description:
The Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. He provides leadership and direction to ensure the success of the project from pre-construction to post-construction phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements project activities based on schedule, quality, and budget.
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve project issues.
- Handles project close-out and submits project operating plan.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of related work experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to track progress and quality of work.
- Required Skill(s): Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Experience:
- Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Kitchen and Modular Cabinet: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
