Job Description
The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. Duties include planning project requirements, ensuring quality, budget, and safety, and overseeing project performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans project requirements
- Implements activities with desired quality and safety
- Maintains housekeeping program
- Provides status reports
- Coordinates with departments
- Manages deliverables
- Monitors project performance
- Prepares project close-out
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Project Management and Construction expertise
- Experience in system furniture
