Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for various positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend interview at Ortigas.
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old and High School Graduate.
- Conversant in English.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Proven customer service experience (Nice to have).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,892.00 per month
