Job Description

The Project Documentation Officer will be assigned to the Environmental Research and Laboratory Services Division (ERLSD) – Environmental Management Bureau Central Office. Responsibilities include implementing document and records management procedures, analyzing records, coordinating document retention, and sample control activities.

  • Implement document and records management procedures for ERLSD, including those required by ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • Analyze records and classify them for administrative and technical purposes.
  • Coordinate document retention and disposal following protocols and regulations.
  • Inspect and receive environmental samples based on set requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, good oral and written communication.
  • Experience: Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited institution.
  • Others: Preferably knowledgeable in ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27,839.00 per month
