Qualifications:
- Below 2nd year College Completed: At least 1 Year BPO Experience
- College Graduate: No BPO Experience Required
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
- Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers needing assistance with products or services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with every customer interaction.
