Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes company through effective customer relations and goodwill activities
- Ensures that the new vehicle sales are contacted to ensure customer’s satisfaction on overall dealership experience
- Contact service customers for after-service customer follow-up to ensure customer’s satisfaction on the services performed
- Attends to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist the operating department on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related course.
- Years of experience in Customer Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Can start immediately
