Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Medical Receptionist who is fluent in both Korean and English to join our team. As a Virtual Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to patients in both languages.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Korean and English, be detail-oriented, and have a background in the medical field. Experience working as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
