Job Description
Morning Duty
- Cleaning and setting up for opening (noodles boiler, fryer gyoza pan so on)
- Preparing all necessary ingredients for operations
- Defrost necessary ingredients for back ups
- Checking all conditions of ingredients
- Cleaning and Organizing, Washing Dishes and Bowl
- Monitoring and adjusting soup
Closing Duties
- Cleaning all kitchen tools, equipment, working tables, storage, refrigerators and floor
- Washing all plates, dumping garbage
- Double checking all stock
- Other task that may assign from time to time relevant to Service Operations
