Job Description
Major Function
Assist the Finance Supervisor in consolidating and communicating the weekly summary of payment releases for all SBUs and managing the transmittal of finance documents transmitted to sites and other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Checks and segregates check vouchers together with the cheque per customer (both internal and external).
- Validation of check as to amount and summary provided by the check processor.
- Send email notification to internal customers for the available check.
- Encode and update check monitoring as for the received, released and on hand checks.

Professional Qualification
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance related course.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, as well as general ledger (debit and credit) accounting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Good analytical skills.
