Job Description
I. Fixed Assets Count Reconciliation
- Prepares annual inventory reconciliation report for Teleperformance sites.
- Develops inventory analysis reports and analyzes variances.
- Generates and prepares FA register per site as input to the physical count process.
- Monitors inventory transactions.
- Reconciles count to book balance (FA register Fixed Asset Module).
II. Fixed Assets Accounting
- Assists in the documentation and recording of fixed assets movements (acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and adjustments).
- Monitors transfers of fixed assets between sites.
- Ensures all new fixed asset acquisitions are tagged and supported documents are forwarded.
- Assists in the computation and recording of monthly depreciation expense.
II. Others
- Special projects as required.
- Performs other assigned tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php21,00.00 per month
