Job Description:
- Monitors all systems.
- Resolve technical issues.
- Gather all user information for assessment.
- Proposes new analytics reports and projects.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
- Experienced in Ticketing system
- Okay to work in shifting schedule
- Okay to work onsite
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
