- Provide remote administrative support.
- Take meeting minutes in Japanese and English.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
- Perform basic HR duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Submit invoices biweekly.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Prior administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
