Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Officer. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote our brand and establish new connections
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
