Job Description
To qualify you must have; 5 years’ experience in the Restaurant industry as Purchasing Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sourcing and buying food products and supplies for 4 Restaurants with Spanish, Italian, and Filipino Cuisine.
- Ensure sufficient stocks to maintain restaurant operations.
- Craft negotiation contracts with suppliers for optimal terms.
- Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the operation team to understand operational needs.
- Work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, including Holidays.
Compensation:
- Base pay: Php28,00 – Php30,00 per month
- Service Charge: 5k – 10k per month
