Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure project’s operational readiness in terms of the requirements of Property Management in all SMDC Projects. Responsibilities include overseeing expenses, equipment reliability, acquiring permits, and ensuring successful project handover.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend Regular Project Technical Group Meeting
- Ensure Capital Expenditures items are in place
- Oversee Testing and Commissioning Activities
- Ensure compliance with code-based requirements
- Acquire regulatory permits
- Ensure accuracy of Handover Checklist and Plans
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- 1-2 years related working experience
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Interpersonal Skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php21,00.00 per month
